Hawthorne Cat is seeking an Operations Coordinator to monitor and support initiatives related to Product Support and Sales. You will handle data management, reporting, and process improvement to drive efficiency and opportunity realization.

Qualifications

• Two to five years industry experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have effective written and verbal communication with customers.
• Must be a team player able to work with people at all levels.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred.
• DBS and/or AS400 experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support key initiatives for Hawthorne, including process improvement and project management responsibilities.
• Administer prioritized service events and other leads to maximize opportunities.
• Support Hawthorne’s Digital business including customer applications, connectivity, eCommerce, fleet management, onboarding, and reporting.
• Track and report progress on key metrics to Sales & Product Support teams.
• Perform data administration and analysis including CRM maintenance, inventory, and invoice history.
• Communicate and coordinate merchandising, sales and Caterpillar programs.
