CVS Health is seeking a Sr. Manager, Product - Third Party Vendor Integrations to define strategy and execution for vendor integrations across the portfolio.

You will align cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Operations, Billing and Claims to enable scalable integration models. The role requires strategic product ownership, strong cross-functional judgment, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable integration requirements and field guidance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, ownership, or related leadership development program.
• Experience in payer/vendor integration or healthcare domains.
• Proven ability to turn ambiguous needs into structured requirements.
• Experience working with cross-functional partners in a matrixed environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication for field-facing materials.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic approach for third-party vendor integrations across the portfolio.
• Own and maintain inventory of vendors enabled for integration.
• Lead intake and evaluation of new vendor opportunities across stakeholders.
• Craft field communications and guidance on integration models and rules.
• Resolve production questions and coordinate cross-functional actions.
