Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Product Strategy Advisor, Personal Lines for a remote role nationwide. You will act as a strategic business consultant, providing regulatory insights, market trends, and leadership level presentations to influence product strategy and operations.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, support new product implementations, and mentor teammates while partnering with senior leaders to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years in related work; 5+ in personal lines P&C.
• State product management, pricing, or strategy experience.
• Deep understanding of state insurance regulations and market.
• Excellent understanding of insurance products.
• Strong analytical and processing skills.
• Excellent communication with partners.
• Ability to lead through influence.
• Skilled in running meetings and formal presentations.
• Strong organizational skills in fast-paced environments.
• Expert knowledge of insurance concepts.
