Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years of related work experience with typically 5+ years in personal lines P&C.
• Prior experience in state product management roles or related functions (pricing, product strategy and development, data science).
• Deep understanding of state insurance regulatory landscape and market, including rate, rules and forms.
• Excellent understanding of insurance products and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate to a wide variety of partners.
