Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is seeking a Product Strategy Advisor, Personal Lines, remote nationwide. You will serve as a strategic business consultant and market expert, guiding regulatory analysis, trend identification, and cross-functional initiatives to drive product strategy.

You’ll present insights to senior leadership, support product implementation, and mentor others while collaborating across the organization in a fast-paced remote environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years of related work experience with 5+ years in personal lines P&C.
• Experience in state product management or related functions.
• Deep understanding of state insurance regulatory landscape and market.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills to inform leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic business consultant and market expert.

• Advise senior leadership with data-driven recommendations.
