Job summary

Bayview Fund Management, LLC is seeking a Principal, General Servicing for a fully remote role. This senior individual contributor will align servicing design with product and operational needs, covering borrower communications, third-party integrations, and cross-domain workflows.

The role requires 8+ years in mortgage servicing, deep domain expertise, and the ability to translate operational knowledge into detailed product requirements, controls, and test scenarios.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in mortgage servicing operations or related domains
• Deep expertise in borrower communications, vendor management, and servicing workflow orchestration
• Strong understanding of regulatory considerations related to borrower communications and delivery requirements

Responsibilities

• Define and govern shared servicing capabilities for borrower communications, vendor integrations, and cross-domain workflows.
• Translate servicing processes into product requirements, business rules, controls, and system logic.
• Ensure centralized servicing workflows have appropriate controls, traceability, and auditability.
• Define end-to-end workflows across communication execution, vendor orchestration, and event-driven servicing processes.
• Document workflows for happy paths and edge cases, handling exceptions and cross-domain interactions.
• Validate rules, logic, and dependencies across upstream and downstream systems.
• Partner with engineering to refine requirements and support implementation.
• Contribute to test case development for communication execution and vendor workflows.
• Support UAT, defect triage, regression testing, and release readiness.
