Job summary

Greenbox Capital is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Servicing, fully remote within the United States. You will own the servicing experience across internal tools and customer-facing touchpoints, translating business problems into scalable product solutions that improve efficiency and outcomes.

You will partner with Technology, Operations, Underwriting, Risk, Sales, and Data to define requirements, drive discovery, and deliver impactful product initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of product management experience delivering complex software or technology-enabled products.
• Experience translating customer, user, and business problems into scalable product solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own servicing product roadmap and customer-facing experiences.
• Lead product discovery, requirements, prioritization, and delivery from discovery through launch.
• Analyze and optimize business workflows, utilization, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Operations, Underwriting, Risk, Sales, Technology, and Data.
• Drive product adoption and measure impact on customer and business metrics.
