Job summary

Greenbox Capital is seeking a Senior Product Manager for its servicing ecosystem. This role will own the roadmap for customer-facing and internal servicing tools, partner with Technology and business teams, and translate complex problems into scalable product solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of product management experience delivering complex software or technology-enabled products.
• Experience translating customer, user, and business problems into scalable product solutions.
• Experience leading product initiatives through discovery, requirements definition, prioritization, development, launch, and iteration.
• Experience working closely with engineering or Technology teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for Greenbox Capital’s servicing experience across customer-facing and internal team tools.
• Lead product discovery, define requirements, and drive initiatives from problem identification through launch and iteration.
• Redesign workflows to reduce friction and improve efficiency across servicing and operations.
• Collaborate across functions (Operations, Underwriting, Risk, Sales, Technology, Data) to solve priority business problems.
• Define clear success measures and monitor adoption, performance, and business impact.
