Job summary

Greenbox Capital is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Servicing (US Remote) to own the servicing experience for customer-facing and internal tools. You’ll translate business problems into scalable product solutions, partnering with Technology and operations to deliver measurable impact.

You’ll lead discovery, define requirements, and shape roadmaps across Salesforce-powered workflows, with a focus on adoption, efficiency, and customer outcomes. Remote within the U.S. a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of product management experience delivering complex software.
• Experience translating customer, user, and business problems into scalable PM solutions.
• Experience leading product initiatives through discovery, requirements, prioritization, development, launch, and iteration.
• Experience working closely with engineering or Technology teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own the servicing roadmap and experience across internal tools and customer-facing features.
• Lead discovery, requirements, and prioritization across multiple stakeholders.
• Design future-state workflows and optimize business processes.
• Collaborate with Technology, Operations, Underwriting, Risk, Sales, and Data.
• Drive product adoption and measure business impact after release.
