Job summary

Greenbox Capital is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Servicing, fully remote in the U.S. You’ll own the servicing experience, guiding product strategy, discovery, and delivery across customer-facing and internal tools.

You’ll collaborate with Technology, Operations, and Sales to shape workflows that reduce friction and improve outcomes. The role emphasizes building scalable solutions, defining success metrics, and driving adoption across cross-functional teams in a fast-moving fintech

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of product management experience delivering complex software or technology-enabled products.
• Demonstrated experience translating customer, user, and business problems into scalable product solutions.
• Experience working with Salesforce as a product or business platform is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product roadmap for Greenbox Capital’s servicing experience.
• Lead discovery, requirements, prioritization, and delivery from ideation to launch.
• Design scalable future-state workflows and optimize servicing processes.
• Collaborate across functions (Operations, Underwriting, Risk, Sales, Data, Tech) to solve priority problems.
• Define clear success metrics and drive adoption and measurable business impact.
