Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Sr. Product Sales Manager for Starlink High Speed Connectivity to drive enterprise sales growth globally. The role demands deep knowledge of carrier Ethernet, DIA, and IP transit, with strong pricing, product, and GTM strategy experience.

You will collaborate across Licensing, Government Affairs, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Product Engineering. Onsite presence is required at Bastrop, TX, Hawthorne, CA, Redmond, WA, or Palo Alto, CA, with up to ~50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or Business or 5+ years of professional experience in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years of professional experience in technical sales or product management.
• 5+ years of professional experience with enterprise network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Leverage experience in carrier Ethernet, DIA, and IP transit to identify and develop improvements to pricing, product, and go-to-market strategies to support revenue growth, and be able to defend them internally.

• Support the integration of new hardware and service products into Starlink’s growing portfolio – this includes pricing, operations, sales enablement, and product portfolio management.
• Support the sales engagements of the broader team, engage with customers, and answer questions around commercial models and product capabilities.
• Develop and maintain technical and commercial sales enablement collateral to support Starlink’s sales teams, resellers, and direct customers.
• Work in partnership with our Licensing, Government Affairs, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Product Engineering teams.
• Consult with Sales Operations to improve Go-to-market processes for new product offerings.
• Oversee technical training and development for team members.
• Represent Starlink at global conferences and events.
