Pitney Bowes is seeking a senior product researcher to own the research strategy for Shipping and Mailing. You’ll shape product direction before requirements are defined, drawing on deep domain knowledge and cross-functional partnership with design, PM, engineering, data, and GTM.

You’ll report to the Head of Design, Experience Design. You’ll lead generative and evaluative studies, establish success metrics, and guide teams through data-driven decisions across the product lifecycle, including

Competenze

• Eight+ years in UX/product/design research, leading research in complex products.
• Experience setting a research agenda and guiding multi-stakeholder teams.
• Strong end-to-end mixed-methods expertise: qualitative + quantitative.
• Ability to analyze product data with SQL/BI and link to qualitative insights.
• Experience coaching designers or product managers to run sound research.
• Familiarity with UserTesting, dscout, FullStory or Pendo.
• Portfolio or case studies showing research shifting product strategy.
