You maintain deep domain expertise in how businesses ship and mail, and partner daily with design, product management, engineering, data, and go-to-market.

Competenze

• Eight or more years of applied UX, product, or design research experience in complex product areas.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• End-to-end mixed-methods expertise across generative and evaluative work.
• Ability to query and analyze product data with SQL or BI tools such as Power BI.
• Experience setting a research agenda and guiding teams rather than reacting to queues.
• Experience coaching designers or product managers to run sound research.
• Familiarity with UserTesting, dscout, FullStory, or Pendo.
• Portfolio or case studies showing research that shifted product strategy.
