Pitney Bowes Inc. seeks a senior product researcher to own the research strategy for Shipping and Mailing, partnering with design, PM, and engineering. You’ll shape direction early, study carrier behavior, and lead both generative and evaluative research across the product lifecycle.

You’ll report to the Head of Design, Experience Design, joining a team of 20 designers. The role emphasizes autonomy, evidence-based decisions, and a hybrid work setup in Shelton, CT.

Competenze

• Eight+ years of applied UX/product/design research experience.
• End‑to‑end mixed‑methods expertise across generative and evaluative work.
• Ability to query product data independently using SQL or BI tools.
