Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a data-driven Project Manager/Business Analyst to join the Product & Pricing Operations Team in Indianapolis. You will own the Lead-to-Cash configurations, manage price books and SKUs, and drive automation using Salesforce Flow and Generative AI to improve data accuracy and reporting.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in complex environments, strong CPQ/CRM knowledge, and a proactive, autonomous work style with excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 3+ years in complex business/technical environments with Lead-to-Cash experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros).
• Strong Salesforce CRM and CPQ knowledge.
• Experience with Prompt Engineering or GenAI for business analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts in CRM (Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, or similar).
• Ability to analyze large datasets, troubleshoot configurations, and drive results.
• Experience as Business Analyst or Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle, track tasks, issues, and risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings to document business requirements and decisions.
• Analyze, design, and implement new product configurations and discounting in quoting systems.
• Identify automation opportunities and leverage Salesforce Flow and AI to scale operations.
• Create process documentation and analytical reports to monitor system performance and project health, using Generative AI.
• Assist with release management and testing for new price books and SKUs.
