Job summary

ZoomInfo is seeking a driven Business Analyst III to optimize the Quote to Cash lifecycle, spanning configuration, quoting, contracting, and billing. You will translate complex business needs into Salesforce CPQ and RCA solutions, collaborating with Product, Architecture, and Engineering teams in a SAFe Agile setup.

You will lead requirements, design future-state processes, document data dependencies, and drive release readiness across multiple systems, ensuring data quality and revenue outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar.
• 3+ years supporting Quote to Cash or revenue operations in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and RCA.
• Experience in SAFe/ Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders to identify needs and define solution requirements.
• Develop current-state and future-state process maps for Quote to Cash workflows including quoting, contracting, invoicing, renewals, and amendments.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze gaps, data quality issues, and bottlenecks; propose scalable improvements.
• Maintain documentation for Quote to Cash capabilities and data definitions.
• Support testing, UAT, and release readiness for Salesforce CPQ, RCA, and integrations.
