Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions seeks a Market Product Pricing Lead to support a technology organization focused on cybersecurity, AI, defense tech, and emerging software solutions. This role is hybrid in McLean, VA, requiring on-site work 2 days per week.

You will develop pricing strategies, build monetization models, and collaborate across product, engineering, finance, and operations to create tiered offerings, bundles, and licensing structures while evaluating recurring and usage-based pricing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years pricing, monetization, or related roles.
• Experience pricing software, hardware, cybersecurity, AI, cloud, or defense tech products.
• Experience creating pricing structures, tiers, bundles, and licensing models.
• Strong financial and scenario modeling skills in Excel or similar tools.
• Ability to balance customer value, cost, margin objectives, and operational considerations.
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, product, finance, and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies for technology products.
• Build pricing, financial, and profitability models.
• Create product tiers, bundles, add-ons, and licensing structures.
• Partner with product, engineering, finance, and operations teams on offer development.
• Evaluate pricing models, including recurring and usage-based approaches.
• Translate technical solutions into market-ready offerings.
• Support product launches and sales enablement initiatives.
