Job summary

Dr Reddy’s Laboratories is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Specialty Injectables in the West Region. You will lead a field-based sales team targeting large group practices, hospitals, health systems, and IDNs to drive growth and product adoption.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in pharmaceutical sales, strong oncology experience, and proven leadership to coach high-performing teams across complex healthcare settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 8+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, Oncology/specialty markets preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years of people leadership as a Regional Sales Manager or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a sales team for Hospitals, Health Systems, and IDNs.
• Develop customer-specific selling strategies and key account plans.
• Conduct field visits to coach, support, and provide performance feedback.
• Document coaching activities and create development plans.
• Identify skill gaps and implement targeted development initiatives.
• Collaborate with Head of Sales to strengthen sales effectiveness.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders across accounts and networks.
• Drive regional business plans and ensure alignment with sales objectives.
• Utilize CRM, forecasts, and reports to monitor performance.
• Ensure timely reporting of activities and insights.
