Dr Reddy's Laboratories Limited in Princeton, NJ is seeking a Lead Product & Pricing Management for Specialty Injectables. You will develop and execute marketing and product strategies for a generic injectable portfolio, lead in-line products and launches, and collaborate across Sales, Contracts, Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory, and Market Research.

The role reports to Head Marketing, Specialty Injectables, offers a hybrid work model (4 days in office, 1 day remote), and requires a marketing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business; MBA preferred.
• 5-7 years of generic pharmaceutical marketing experience in product management; generic injectable experience a plus.
• Deep understanding of customer & competitor behavior, promotion process, product management and pricing.
• Demonstrate leadership, decision making, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication, financial and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of secondary market research (IQVIA, Symphony) and data sources.
• Proficiency with MS Office; analytical mindset and familiarity with AI tools and dashboards.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement generic injectable product strategies for in-line products and launches.
• Develop product forecast (volume and financial) for new products for opportunity evaluation and production planning.
• Coordinate new product prioritization, filing, pre-launch and launch; lead commercial launch strategies including pricing and offers with sales.
• Review pricing against market pricing; adjust pricing grid and product prices as needed.
• Develop financial forecast for the product portfolio for annual budget and quarterly estimates.
• Monitor performance against budget and provide insights on variances; drive portfolio performance.
• Analyze external environment, market trends and customer behavior to guide demand and supply planning.
• Develop promotion strategy and plans.
