Job summary

Dr. Reddy's Laboratories in New Jersey seeks a Manager/Lead Associate Product & Pricing Management SRx to develop and implement marketing and sales strategies for generic injectable products, manage budgets, and coordinate with Sales and cross-functional teams to achieve revenue targets.

You'll also oversee sales operations, forecast product performance, analyze market data, and support pre-launch and launch activities, including pricing strategies and IDN targeting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceuticals/Marketing/Business; MBA preferred.
• 3–5 years of industry experience.
• Experience in generic injectable product management is a plus.
• Knowledge of hospital/IDN channels and pricing/promotion processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop generic injectable product strategies and manage life-cycle for in-line and new products.
• Forecast volumes and financials to support budgets and production planning.
• Maintain financial forecast and analyze variances against budget.
• Set product strategy maps with near-term and long-term market share targets.
• Guide demand planning with market data and external research.
• Coordinate pre-launch and launch activities, pricing strategy, and IDN targeting.
• Review pricing against market and adjust based on competitive actions; provide floor pricing to sales.
