Job summary

Dr Reddy’s Laboratories in Princeton, NJ invites a Lead Product & Pricing Manager to drive strategy for the generic injectable portfolio, partnering with Sales, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Finance, Market Research, and other teams to grow revenue, market share, and portfolio performance.

The role is based in Princeton, NJ (4 days in office; 1 day flexible remote) and reports to Head Marketing, Specialty Injectables.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business; MBA preferred.
5–7 years of generic pharmaceutical marketing experience in product management.
Knowledge of pricing, product management, and promotions.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Familiarity with IQVIA, Symphony data sources and dashboard tools.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement generic injectable product strategies for inline products and launches.
Forecast volume and financials for new products to guide opportunities and planning.
Coordinate new product prioritization, filing, pre-launch and launch activities.
Lead commercial launch strategies including pricing and customer offers with sales.
Review pricing versus market pricing and adjust pricing grids as needed.
Develop financial forecast for the product portfolio and monitor performance.
Analyze market trends and customer behavior to guide demand and supply planning.
Develop promotion strategies to support portfolio goals.
