Dr Reddy's Laboratories seeks a Senior Manager / Lead Associate in Strategy & Analytics for its Specialty Injectables (SRx) business. You will convert market, customer, pricing, inventory, and launch data into insights to strengthen forecasting, planning, governance, and digital analytics across Specialty and Health Systems.

The role partners with Product Management, Sales, Finance, Portfolio, and Corporate Development to drive execution and strategic updates.

Competenze

• U.S. generic pharmaceutical business experience.
• 5+ years for Senior Analyst; 3+ years for Analyst.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

Mansioni

• Support SRx strategy, analytics, and forecasting.
• Create dashboards integrating sales, pricing, inventory, and contracts.
• Provide insights to Product Management, Sales, and leadership.
• Assist with governance, strategic updates, and planning materials.
