Job summary

Dr. Reddy's Laboratories in Princeton, NJ seeks a Lead Product & Pricing Manager to drive marketing strategies for a generic injectable portfolio. You will partner with Sales, Contracts, Supply Chain, Finance, and Regulatory teams to fuel revenue growth and portfolio performance.

The role reports to Head Marketing, Specialty Injectables and requires 5–7 years in pharma marketing with strong pricing and market access expertise. Hybrid work with 4 days in office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Major; MBA preferred.
• 5-7 years of generic pharmaceutical marketing experience in product management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement generic injectable product strategies for assigned in-line products and new launches.
• Develop product forecast (volume and financial) for assigned new products.
• Coordinate on new product prioritization, filing, pre-launch and launch; lead commercial launch strategies including pricing and customer offers.
• Review pricing vs market and adjust pricing grid as needed; collaborate with groups on new price.
• Develop financial forecast of the product portfolio for annual budget and quarterly estimates.
• Monitor product performance vs budget; provide insights on variances and drive performance.
• Analyze external environment, market trends, and customer behavior to guide demand and supply planning.
• Develop product promotion strategies and plans.
