This hands-on role blends architecture leadership with productive code contributions, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration to evolve a cohesive, scalable product platform including APIs, SDKs, and cloud services. You will partner with Product Management, Research, Engineering, and Design to translate strategy into roadmaps, drive architectural decisions, and

Qualifications

15+ years of software engineering experience across large-scale systems.
Experience defining architecture across multiple products, services, and teams.
Deep experience with distributed systems, cloud-native services, APIs, and developer platforms.
Experience contributing production code in strategic areas.
Expertise in modern software architecture, system design, and engineering best practices.
Experience partnering with product organizations to shape technical strategy.

Responsibilities

Define and evolve long-term technical architecture for the Product Engineering ecosystem.
Ensure consistent architectural patterns across products, services, SDKs, and apps.
Balance short-term delivery with long-term platform health and maintainability.
Drive decisions improving scalability, reliability, security, and developer experience.
Lead architecture reviews and establish standards and reference architectures.
Mentor engineers and review critical designs and implementations.
