Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Senior Analyst, IT Restaurant Technology to lead complex restaurant tech solutions and drive engineering excellence. You will guide architecture decisions, mentor developers, and partner with stakeholders to align technology investments with business goals.

The role requires 5–8 years of POS and restaurant tech experience, strong Agile background, and ability to balance strategic priorities with delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting POS systems and restaurant tech.
• Experience with solution design, system integration, technical analysis, and process automation.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and sprint planning, estimation, delivery.
• Experience managing software releases, system configurations, and cross-functional implementation efforts.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Senior Analyst, IT Restaurant Technology, you will serve as a technical leader responsible for delivering complex restaurant technology solutions and driving engineering excellence. You will provide technical guidance, influence architecture decisions, and partner with stakeholders to ensure technology investments support business objectives.

What You’ll Bring To The Table

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from a 4-year college or university preferred.
• 5-8 years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting Point of Sale (POS) systems, restaurant technology platforms, and related enterprise technology solutions.
• Experience with solution design, system integration, technical analysis, and process automation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience participating in sprint planning, estimation, and delivery activities.
• Experience managing software releases, system configurations, and cross-functional implementation efforts.
• Ability to lead medium-complexity initiatives while balancing project execution with strategic business priorities.
• Proven ability to partner with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements, drive process improvements, and deliver effective solutions.
• Demonstrated technical ownership, with experience mentoring team members and contributing to the growth of team capabilities.

PAY TRANSPARENCY

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $87,000.00–$120,000.00. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
