Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Client Services Engineering to lead the team responsible for our end-user computing and productivity platforms in Columbus. You will oversee collaboration tools and identity management, planning modern workplace tech initiatives to boost productivity.

You’ll manage a team to deliver secure, reliable technology and drive adoption of new features while partnering with IT and business groups to align with strategic goals and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, CS, or related field.
• 8+ years technical experience and 2+ years of management experience.
• Strong understanding of end-user tech ecosystems including endpoint management and collaboration platforms.
• Experience leading Office 365 or device management transformations and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Client Services Engineering team and set priorities for projects like software rollouts and collaboration platform enhancements.
• Ensure alignment with infrastructure strategy and digital workplace goals.
• Oversee endpoint management programs (Intune/Endpoint Manager, Windows Autopilot) and security updates.
• Develop and improve administration of productivity platforms (Office 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint).
• Drive feature adoption and optimize configurations for performance and security.
• Collaborate with HR, Facilities, and Information Security to align initiatives with business needs.
• Provide Tier-3 support for major incidents and plan changes with minimal disruption.
• Mentor team members in scripting/automation (PowerShell) and cloud service management.
