Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership or related roles.
• Influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience translating complex requirements into actionable product requirements.
• Ability to analyze data and drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously prioritize the WFM product backlog based on value and objectives.
• Translate ambiguous problems into clear outcomes, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering, analytics, vendors and other product owners to identify dependencies.
• Validate delivered solutions solve the underlying problem, not just stated requirements.
• Facilitate decisions when priorities conflict and establish next steps.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve efficiency.
