Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product development for transfusion and hemostasis software in Boston. You will own the roadmap for SafeTrace Tx®, BloodTrack, and TEG Manager, translating clinical needs into actionable user stories and delivering value to clinicians and hospitals.

You will collaborate with technical and commercial teams to ensure alignment with customer workflows, compliance, and real-time decision support in transfusion management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in product development, product ownership, or transfusion management.
• Knowledge of transfusion or hemostasis workflows.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) preferred.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies, incl. Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong ability to break down features into clear, manageable user stories.
• Effective communication and collaboration with technical and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize features for our product roadmap.
• Manage the product roadmap for SafeTrace Tx®, BloodTrack, and TEG Manager products.
• Deliver customer value for software supporting trained users, clinicians and physicians.
• Help deliver software solutions supporting clinical decision-making.
• Support transfusion management workflows and processes.
• Contribute to software products with consolidated testing and transfusion histories.
• Support hemostasis management software for real-time TEG monitoring and test history.
• Collaborate with technical and commercial teams.
