Haemonetics is seeking a passionate Product Owner to help prioritize features, manage the product roadmap, and deliver value to customers for our SafeTrace Tx, BloodTrack, and TEG Manager software. Join a collaborative team at our Hybrid HQ in Boston, contributing to transfusion management workflow improvements and patient care.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in product development and strong Agile experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; higher degrees may substitute for experience.
• 6+ years in product development, ownership, or transfusion management.
• CSPO certification preferred.
• Knowledge of transfusion or hemostasis workflows.
• Experience with BloodTrack software (end-user or support) strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) preferred.
• Ability to break down features into clear, manageable user stories.
• Strong communication and collaboration with technical and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize features and manage the product roadmap for SafeTrace Tx, BloodTrack, and TEG Manager.
• Deliver value to customers by aligning software development with clinical needs.
