- 10+ years in software engineering, with 5+ years in Principal/Architect roles.
- Expert-level proficiency in OOP languages (C#, Java, Python) and REST APIs.
- Experience with multi-facility, data-integrity critical systems and cloud infra.
Responsibilities
- Define architectural strategy and long-term tech roadmap.
- Drive governance with quality gates and performance budgets.
- Lead hands-on innovation, high-level code reviews, and critical design decisions.
- Mentor team to foster technical rigor and continuous improvement.
- Identify and mitigate technical debt and architectural risks.
- Align architecture with regulatory and commercial objectives.
