Haemonetics is seeking a passionate Product Owner to help prioritize features, manage the product roadmap, and deliver value to customers for the SafeTrace Tx®, BloodTrack, and TEG Manager products.

The role is hybrid at our Corporate HQ in Boston, with collaboration across clinical and commercial teams to improve transfusion management workflows and patient outcomes. A Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in product development are preferred; CSPO is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (higher-level degrees may substitute for years of experience)
• 6+ years of experience in product development, ownership, or transfusion management experience
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) (preferred)
• Knowledge of transfusion or hemostasis workflows
• Experience with BloodTrack software (as an end-user or support)
• Strongly Preferred Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Preferred Strong ability to break down features into clear, manageable user stories
• Effective communication and collaboration with technical and commercial teams
