Job summary

AgileEngine in the United States is seeking a Senior Product Owner to own the strategic vision and backlog for internal security tools and developer portals. You will prioritise epics that reduce systemic risk, drive adoption of policy and tooling changes, and ensure new solutions cut developer friction.

This role requires a strong AppSec or DevSecOps background, cross‑functional autonomy, and data‑driven leadership to bridge executive security mandates with Agile execution.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• 5+ years in Technical Product Management or as a Product Owner.
• Experience with vulnerability management lifecycles, AppSec, Cloud Security/Architecture, or Development Enablement.
• Fully autonomous in driving product strategy from inception to adoption.
• Excels at data-driven decision-making and cross-functional leadership.
• Upper-intermediate English.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize user stories and epics for Workstreams 1-5, ensuring engineering efforts directly reduce systemic risk.
• Drive the adoption framework for Architecture Champions, focusing on policy modernization and content uplift.
• Ensure that all built solutions reduce developer friction and enhance the internal user journey.
• Bridge the gap between executive security mandates and Agile execution pods.
