Job summary

AgileEngine in the United States is seeking a Senior Product Owner to own the strategic vision and backlog for internal security tools and developer portals.

You will prioritize epics to reduce systemic risk, drive policy and tooling adoption, and ensure new solutions minimize developer friction. Strong AppSec or DevSecOps background and cross-functional autonomy are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technical Product Management or Product Owner role.
• Experience in vulnerability management lifecycles, AppSec, Cloud Security/Architecture, or Development Enablement.
• Autonomous in driving product strategy from inception to adoption.
• Data-driven decision making and cross-functional leadership without day-to-day direction.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize user stories and epics for Workstreams 1-5, reducing systemic risk.
• Drive the adoption framework for Architecture Champions, focusing on policy modernization and content uplift.
• Ensure solutions like ASPM ingestion and AI-SDLC scanning reduce developer friction and improve the internal user journey.
• Bridge the gap between executive security mandates and Agile execution pods.
