Job summary

Royper Royco LLC is seeking a Staff Product Manager, AI Applications to define and own a new portfolio of AI-powered consumer and knowledge-worker apps. You will lead end-to-end vision, roadmap, execution, and P&L in a fully remote US role, partnering with engineering, research, design and marketing to turn insights into market-ready solutions.

This entrepreneurial role emphasizes hands-on AI, rapid experimentation, and product leadership from zero to one in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Senior product manager or equivalent with ownership of strategy, roadmap decisions, execution, and measurable business outcomes.
• Experience taking a consumer or prosumer application to market that users actively paid for.
• Zero-to-one product development experience, from concept to initial launch and adoption.
• Hands-on AI expertise, building and shipping AI capabilities in end-user applications.
• Strong commercial and analytical judgment, with metrics and funnels experience.
• Technical depth to collaborate with engineers on AI models, latency, privacy and platform constraints.
• Ability to read code and build prototypes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with rapid experimentation using AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the overall strategy for the AI applications product line, identifying target users, market opportunities, product positioning, and competitive differentiation.
• Own the product roadmap, prioritizing features, releases, and investments based on customer value and feasibility.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, research, design and marketing to translate requirements into user experiences.
• Prototype concepts and run experiments to validate hypotheses and drive product decisions.
• Build and monitor metrics for acquisition, activation, retention, monetization, and profitability.
