Wilmington Trust seeks a Forward Deployed Product Owner for Employee Knowledge Management (EKM). You will own the EKM backlog, design and refine the platform using SharePoint Online and low-code tools, and ensure governance, lifecycle management and compliance across content assets.

You will collaborate with business lines, SMEs and IT to translate needs into repeatable, auditable workflows and robust reporting. Remote-ready within footprint; hybrid work model offered.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in business, analytics, digital product or related fields.
• Experience designing, administering enterprise content platforms like SharePoint Online.
• Experience building workflows with Power Platform or Appian.
• Translate business needs into executable solutions with clear requirements.
• Knowledge of metadata, taxonomy, search optimization and governance.

Mansioni

• Own the EKM product backlog: user stories, acceptance criteria, specs and release readiness.
• Design and improve the EKM platform: SharePoint Online, workflows, metadata and reporting.
• Maintain the governed catalog, lifecycle processes and content governance.
• Collaborate with lines of business to align requirements and dependencies.
• Support content development and editing of procedural and reference content.
• Leverage AI-assisted capabilities with human validation and governance.
• Establish dashboards and metrics for content coverage and quality.
• Assume technical ownership post-implementation and provide ongoing support.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and risk/compliance aligned activities.
• Adhere to risk controls and M&T Bank brand values.
