Job summary
Carrier is seeking a Product Manager to lead OEMCtrl adjacent markets, shaping hardware control product strategy and roadmaps in Fort Wayne, Indiana. You will partner with Carrier teams to translate business needs into user stories for engineering and manage the product backlog throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in engineering or related field.
- 3+ years in product management or commercial controls.
- Experience with hardware or controls industry is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Drive product strategy and roadmap for OEMCtrl adjacent markets.
- Collaborate with OEMCtrl and Carrier Electronic Products teams to drive development of control products.
- Translate strategy and regulatory requirements into user stories for engineering.
- Prioritize backlog and manage product lifecycle to ensure profitability.
- Create roadmaps and keep stakeholders informed of design specs and changes.
- Coordinate with third-party partners/suppliers and contract manufacturing for commercialization.
