Copeland in Sidney, OH is seeking a Product Manager to own the full product lifecycle from development to obsolescence, translating market and customer needs into profitable growth and differentiating solutions. You will lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver and maintain high-impact products aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities include 5-year roadmaps, prioritization, business cases, pricing inputs, and ensuring data integrity across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management or technical customer-facing role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute 5-year product roadmaps, managing the lifecycle from development to obsolescence.
• Set product priorities for new developments to optimize margins.
• Create comprehensive business cases outlining expected returns.
• Define product positioning and ensure designs meet customer use cases.
• Own product data integrity and structure across the lifecycle.
• Gather and analyze Voice of Customer insights to inform features and functionality.
• Translate market and customer insights into clear product requirements, features, and direction.
• Travel: 20%, depending on tasks.
