Job summary

Chubb Benefits seeks a Product Owner to lead technology transformation and build business capabilities that improve experiences for policyholders, members, employers, and agents. You will own the roadmap, prioritize features, and drive delivery across Agile and Waterfall environments to maximize business value.

You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, design solutions, articulate acceptance criteria, and conduct testing, ensuring alignment with regulatory needs

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years leading initiatives in Insurance/Financial Services.
• 4–7+ years of product ownership in Agile environments, preferably in insurance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, computer science, customer experience, or technology.
• Experience with billing, enrollment, or contact center ops within group insurance or benefits.
• Customer-first mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from vision to measurement.
• Develop, prioritize, and maintain the product roadmap and backlog.
• Articulate opportunities and design target journeys and solutions, balancing inputs to achieve business outcomes.
• Monitor dependencies and risks, and mitigate or resolve with stakeholders.
• Provide needs clarity, support solutioning and release planning, and QA during build and testing.
• Facilitate product demos and launches, communicating value to users and stakeholders.
• Measure and track performance of key metrics in line with OKRs; feed insights into the roadmap.
• Scribe experience and process-focused user stories aligned with digital-first methodologies.
• Continuously identify opportunities for the delivery team and contribute to sprint reviews.
