Job summary

Chubb Benefits is seeking a Product Owner to lead technology transformation and build business capabilities across our group insurance portfolio. You will own the product roadmap and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver features that meet strategic goals and customer needs.

You will navigate both Agile and Waterfall delivery, define requirements, acceptance criteria, and testing, and mentor delivery teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in business, CS, customer experience, or technology.
5–10+ years leading initiatives within Insurance/Financial Services.
4–7+ years of product ownership in Agile units (preferably in insurance).
Experience in Billing, Enrollment, and/or Contact Center ops within Group insurance.
Fintech/Insurtech experience advantageous.
Customer-first mindset and approach to product development.
Understanding of the intersection of business, UX design, and technology.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including visioning, research, planning, execution, and measurement.
Develop, prioritize, and maintain the product roadmap and backlog to drive impact.
Articulate opportunities and design target journeys and solutions with stakeholders.
Monitor dependencies and risks; work with stakeholders to mitigate them.
Provide needs clarity, support solutioning and release planning, and ensure QA during build and testing.
Facilitate product demos and launches, communicating value to users and stakeholders.
Measure key metrics in line with OKRs and feed insights into the roadmap.
Scribe experience and process-focused user stories aligned with digital-first approaches.
Identify opportunities for delivery teams and participate in sprint reviews.
