Job summary
Preferred Risk Insurance Services seeks an experienced Product Owner – Insurance Technology to drive delivery for P&C insurance platforms. The role collaborates with business stakeholders, developers, QA, and architects to define requirements, prioritize backlogs, and ensure timely delivery across technology initiatives.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in Product Owner/Agile delivery roles.
- Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance processes.
- Experience with insurance technology or enterprise delivery teams.
- Facilitating Agile ceremonies, team capacity, and delivery dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize backlogs for technology teams.
- Document requirements with stakeholders and create epics/stories.
- Ensure backlog readiness for sprint planning and manage dependencies.
- Coordinate blockers, risks, and cross-team alignment.
- Maintain Jira boards reflecting priorities and progress.
- Coordinate PO reviews, QA, and UAT alignment.
- Support release planning and delivery timelines.
- Communicate delivery risks and plans to leadership.
