Job summary
Chubb Benefits seeks a Product Owner to lead technology transformation and build business capabilities that improve experiences for policyholders, members, employers, and agents across the group insurance portfolio. You will own the product roadmap and guide end-to-end delivery in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
You will partner with business owners and stakeholders to define requirements, acceptance criteria, and testing, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and a digital-first
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in business, CS, or tech.
- 5–10+ years leading initiatives in Insurance/Financial Services.
- 4–7+ years of product ownership in Agile environments.
- Experience with Billing, Enrollment, or Contact Center ops in Group insurance.
- Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
- Customer-first mindset and ability to align business, UX, and tech.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from vision to testing.
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap and team backlog.
- Articulate opportunities and design target journeys and solutions.
- Monitor dependencies and risks and drive mitigation.
- Provide clarity, release planning, and QA collaboration.
- Facilitate product demos, launches, and stakeholder communications.
- Measure key metrics and feed insights into the roadmap.
