Rain is hiring a Senior Product Operations Manager to harmonize product, engineering, partnerships, and customers across growing fintech initiatives. You will design the operating system that structures feedback, launches, and decision logs, enabling faster bets and reliable delivery.

As a senior autonomous operator, you will own cadence, tooling, dashboards, and partner enablement, working with PMs, compliance, and external partners to raise the bar and scale the product org.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of product operations, program management, chief-of-staff, or strategy & operations experience.
• Exceptional product judgment and operating instincts.
• Senior autonomous operator who can define the problem, drive the plan, and own the outcome.
• Strong technical fluency (APIs, payments systems, blockchain concepts).
• Detail-oriented with a focus on operational excellence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with external and internal stakeholders.
• Proven ability to ship cross-functional initiatives quickly and iteratively.

Responsibilities

• Own the product operating cadence — planning, prioritization, roadmap reviews, launch reviews.
• Run the launch motion end to end across cards, payments, and platform.
• Build and run the partner feedback loop across channels and synthesize it.
• Stand up tooling, dashboards, and documentation for product operations.
• Partner with PMs to scope and ship cross-functional initiatives across teams.
• Drive operational excellence — metrics hygiene, postmortems, decision logs.
• Identify and remove friction — process, tooling, communication, decision-making.
