Job summary

Rain is hiring a Senior Product Operations Manager to be the connective tissue across product, engineering, partnerships, and fintech customers. The role owns the product operating system end to end—rituals, launches, and partner feedback loops—with direct collaboration across PMs, engineering, partnerships, support, compliance, and external partners.

This senior IC role emphasizes operational excellence, scalable processes, and measurable outcomes in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of product operations or related experience in a product-led, engineering-focused environment.
• Strong product judgment and operating instincts; capable of raising the bar for peers.
• Senior autonomous operator who defines problems, plans, and owns outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the product operating cadence—planning, prioritization, roadmap reviews, launch reviews, and rituals for a fast-moving product org.
• Run the end-to-end launch motion across cards, payments, and platform—readiness, enablement, rollout, support, CX prep, post-launch metrics.
• Build and run the partner feedback loop—capture input from fintech/neobank/institutional partners and translate into prioritized product signals.
• Stand up tooling, dashboards, and knowledge bases to scale product operations across teams.
• Collaborate with PMs to scope and ship cross-functional initiatives touching support, compliance, partnerships, and finance.
