Rain is seeking a detail-oriented Implementation Specialist to join our onboarding team. You’ll work with sales, solutions, operations, and compliance to ensure partners have a seamless experience and are fully supported in leveraging Rain’s offerings.

You’ll tailor integrations, analyze performance metrics, design onboarding workflows, and provide data-driven insights to improve the user experience as Rain scales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in implementation, customer success, or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand customer needs and tailor solutions.
• Facilitate integration of partner accounts into the platform and troubleshoot issues.
• Analyze product performance and track metrics to identify onboarding improvements.
• Design onboarding workflows for new business customers.
• Provide data-driven insights to enhance user experience.
• Work with product managers to define business requirements and user stories.
