Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or Military Experience required.
3+ years in product operations, business operations, tech operations, or process management.
2+ years creating and maintaining user documentation, SOPs, training materials, or release communications.
2+ years managing enterprise software platforms, vendor operations, or system workflows.
2+ years analyzing operational data or system metrics to inform business decisions.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end execution for core operational deliverables and system processes that do not require direct Product or Tech engineering bandwidth.
Establish clear reporting, SLA tracking, and operational visibility across all production workflows to ensure alignment with broader business priorities.
Act as the primary operational point of contact for production escalations, rapidly diagnosing issues and driving cross-functional resolution.
