Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Talent Acquisition Senior Manager to translate business vision into enterprise-wide inclusive talent strategies. You will advise senior leaders, modernize recruiting operations, and empower high-performing teams in software engineering, AI, data science, and ML.

You will partner with executives to deliver transformative talent acquisition programs, drive diverse hiring, and leverage data analytics to optimize pipelines and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of recruiting, HR, or consulting experience, with 4+ years in client management.
• At least 2 years of people management experience.
• Preferred: Master’s degree or MBA and HR certifications (PHR/SPHR).
• 7+ years in HR strategy or talent acquisition and client management.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor, aligning talent solutions with business objectives.
• Lead accountability frameworks for complex technical hiring events.
• Deliver transformative talent acquisition strategies with senior leaders.
• Source, attract, and hire top AI/technical talent.
• Use data-driven insights to optimise pipeline strategies.
