Harvey is transforming how legal and professional services with frontier AI. As Senior Product Operations Manager, you’ll connect Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market to translate strategy into execution across the product lifecycle.

You’ll build and scale operating systems that help teams decide, ship confidently, and drive measurable impact for law firms and in-house legal teams adopting AI. Ambiguity is welcomed as you create structure and clarity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Operations or PM at a high-growth tech/SaaS company.
• Built processes from scratch and scaled them.
• Experience with AI-native products and model reliability.
• Translate data into clear recommendations and roadmap inputs.
• Drive alignment across Product, GTM, and Engineering without direct authority.
• Hands-on launch coordination or customer feedback loops in a fast-moving environment.

Responsabilités

• Inputs to Product Teams: ensure teams have information to make great decisions.
• Establish Voice of Customer systems from partners, clients, and sales into signals.
• Create analytics dashboards, KPIs, and test hypotheses for product success.
• Engage with customers and partners throughout the lifecycle from alpha to GA.
• Streamline decision points across teams to reduce friction and improve prioritization.
• Own and improve core product development processes, tooling, and rituals.
• Build run-of-business systems that scale with Harvey, including launch calendars.
• Drive cross-functional alignment among Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and CS.
• Coordinate roadmap inputs and maintain transparency across the org.
• Design and run Early Access Programs and end-to-end launch coordination.
