Job summary

Harvey is seeking a Senior Product Operations Manager to fuse Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams, turning strategy into execution across the product lifecycle. You’ll build and scale the operating systems that help product teams make better decisions, ship with confidence, and drive measurable impact for law firms and in-house legal teams adopting AI.

You’ll work as an extension of product leadership, balancing hands-on delivery with strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Operations or Product Management at a high-growth tech or SaaS company.
• Built processes and programs from scratch and scaled them.
• Experience with AI-native products and model reliability in user experience.
• Strong ability to translate qualitative/quantitative data into clear recommendations and roadmap inputs.
• Proven ability to drive alignment across Product, GTM, and Engineering without direct authority.
• Hands-on launch coordination experience in a fast-moving product environment.

Responsibilities

• Inputs to Product Teams: build and maintain Voice of Customer systems from law firm partners and in‑house clients to produce actionable product signals.
• Establish rigorous mechanisms for measuring product success and user impact with dashboards and KPIs.
• Create high‑leverage engagement points with customers and partners throughout the product lifecycle.
• Streamline key decision points across teams to improve prioritization quality.
• Own and improve core product development processes, tooling, and team rituals.
• Build reliable run‑of‑business systems that scale with Harvey’s growth.
• Drive cross‑functional alignment between Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Facilitate roadmap planning with stakeholder inputs and transparency across the org.
• Design and run Early Access Programs and alpha testing to validate PMF before broad release.
• Own launch coordination end-to-end with clear success metrics and post‑launch monitoring.
• Maintain cross‑team roadmap visibility for GTM, Legal, and leadership.
• Clarify Product roadmaps and next steps across Harvey.
