• 5+ years in Product Operations or Product Management at a high-growth tech or SaaS company.
• Built processes and programs from scratch and scaled them thoughtfully.
• Experience with AI-native products and reliability of AI outputs.
• Translate data into clear recommendations and roadmap inputs.
• Drive alignment across Product, GTM, and Engineering without direct authority.
• Launch coordination, EAPs, or customer feedback loops in a fast-moving product environment.
• Natural bridge builder: strategic thinker who can operate in ambiguity.

Responsabilités

• Inputs to Product Teams — ensure teams have information to make great decisions.
• Own and improve core product development processes, tooling, and rituals.
• Build run-of-business systems that scale as Harvey grows (launch calendars, intake frameworks, RACI).
• Drive cross-functional alignment between Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Facilitate roadmap planning with stakeholder inputs and transparency.
• Outputs from Product Teams — design and run Early Access Programs to validate product-market fit.
• Own end-to-end launch coordination with clear success metrics and post-launch monitoring.
• Maintain cross-team roadmap visibility to align GTM, Legal, and leadership on what's shipping.
