Job summary

Harvey is building the next generation of AI-powered legal tech. We seek a Product Manager for the Core Platform to own strategy, roadmap, and execution behind our infrastructure that powers global user interactions with Harvey's enterprise-grade platform.

You will translate lawyers' workflows into product requirements, balance ambitious bets with reliability, and influence adoption, retention, and trust across enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience shipping and scaling software platforms in production.
• Experience owning complex, technical products end to end, including platform, infrastructure, or AI/ML capabilities.
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems and deep customer needs into clear strategy, crisp requirements, and roadmaps.
• Fluency working with engineering and design teams on technical trade-offs and cloud infrastructure.
• Excellent analytical skills with metrics to guide decisions using data.
• Strong written and verbal communication and the ability to influence stakeholders across functions.
• High bar for quality and product judgment with strong risk awareness.
• Nice to Have: experience building products for legal or professional-services users.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for a core Harvey platform area.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and GTM teams to ship high-quality products on a predictable cadence.
• Own infrastructure planning, prioritization, and roadmapping; set clear metrics and hold teams accountable.
• Serve as connective tissue across functions, feeding customer feedback, competitive dynamics, and tech realities into direction.
• Architect multi-region deployment strategies and develop observability infrastructure.
